“You just want to see me in that apron again, don’t you?” He smiled as he kissed her cheek.
“You know me so well, don’t you?” She held up the apron in her hand. Something about him wearing an apron just turned her on, just like it did in Ba Sing Se. Only, she never told anyone about that time.

What does "to put someone under his watch" in DA mean?
Ok,I admit, it's a silly question but I'm not well schooled in DA
In addition i am german and some english phrases seem to me pretty confusing
